Fitness
I have to keep fit in general for my work, as I never know what stunt is around the corner, plus the fitter and stronger I am, the less likely I am to get injured.
Running
I really wouldn’t say I enjoy running, but I know it’s very good for me to stay fit. The best way I’ve found to stay motivated to run, is to enter events such as 5km, 10km and half marathons.
CYCLING
This is something I’ve only recently taken up, but thoroughly enjoying it, and a bit less stress on the knees!
BOLDDOG CIRCUIT TRAINING
These were some classes I set up and ran from 2007 until 2012, I really enjoyed doing this, and met some great friends, howevr I found it too much of a commitment with the Film and TV stunt work.
